Wedding Central no. 2

The Tanner wedding in San Diego was a real party. John and I met each other at the San Diego Airport on Friday at 1:30... G and I had been there for about 2 hours and had already gotten our luggage rented the car, stopped at 7eleven for a Diet AND been to the park before John got in at 1:30pm... at about 3:45pm we pulled up to a gorgeous condo right on the beach in Oceanside, compliments of the brides family. We headed down to the beach for official beach time for the wedding party then out to dinner with the "newlyest" weds, but not for long, the McCartneys and the Dahls. The next day was pretty full with wedding and partying... until about 8:30pm when we pulled away from out amazing accommodations in our Pontiac Vibe to head back to the airport for our 14 hour excursion back to FLA. It was a short trip but man, was it worth it.

While we were waiting for our table we stopped in at a little boutique and found this red hat.. Gold wore it the whole time we were browsing so... her dad had to get it for her... she loves it so much she wore it all during dinner and will wear it for hours around the house. She is SO cool.

Wedding Central

September was the month to be wed... The 3rd... our 3 year anniversary... the 12th Dane and Lindsay were married in the Salt Lake temple... the 20th Jake and Lindsey were married in the San Diego temple. We were lucky enough to be able to get out for both weddings. It was so fun to see everyone. Here's the line up from our visit in Utah...

We rode the Alpine Slides to celebrate

We made it down to Provo to see Cameron, Christie and Jadynne and of course the Jones family... some how we didn't get a pic of them but this was taken on our walk back from dinner with the Bradys and the Jones'

Then it was Cait... Lots of Cait. Goldie and I stayed on through the week while John got back for work... we had so much fun just hanging out and doing a whole lot of nothing. Goldie took some of her first steps to Brig... she loves her Wilsons.

We got to see Mete and Cayleen and yes Erica too... Sadly we just missed little Ivy Elizabeth by just about 5 days... can't wait to see that little princess on our next visit out there.

a long weekend with dad

This weekend was so fun... it's the best when we get to have John home.

These were taken out on the boardwalk... we took Goldie on our Saturday night date and after ice cream we went out to look at the crazy waves... its hurricane season

Kara, Sam and the kids came down and spent the night last night... we woke up this morning and went out to breakfast...took the kids home for a nap ... then headed to the beach

We hung out at the beach all day today... the waves were crazy... we were getting rocked out there... whiplash and all. It was a great day at the beach and a great weekend
