It was a LONG night

Yes it was. Long runs. Spooky trails. Not so great sleeping conditions. At 5:50am we passed off to van one for their last stretch a total of 29+ miles. We have had some Ihop and are on our way to the next resting stop. We are estimating our time to start up again at 11:30 to finish out our 201 miles with the last 46 miles. We're hoping for some rest. We shall see

Van 1 is on the go

Chocolate covered pretzels and beef jerky is not sittin well.
Michele handed off to melissa Wilson at 4:55 and van 1 is in motion. We are heading out to find some grub then We are off to the next big exchange to get some well needed rest.

Michele was kickin it.
We got stuck at a railroad crossing and the train stopped dead in the middle of the route. It didn't stop this girl. She kept on.

Van 2 minus melissa Wilson who is currently on let 13. We will rendezvous in 6 hours from the time of hand off.

It doesn't feel right to not be running With this gal. Good to see them.

Yahties San Fran 2010

So it has been a while and this is very past due.

Over the first weekend in October the Yahts got together.

Oh I love these girls

when we see each other its like we are back in HP27 and 15 lbs chubbier.. we haven't missed a beat

Since 2004 the three of us have made it happen.

we have had our fair share of travels to get together and laugh and eat and talk and shop.

its a good thing we've got going here

This trip was so great. Our world traveling Yaht, Kitty (if you haven't seen her work on her blog check her out at style files) was in the states so we made it happen.

Our accommodations were beautiful, the food was wonderful and the company was splendid.

Halloween At Grandma and GoDad's

This Halloween day we decided that we wanted to have a family Trick or Treating at GoDad's house. It was a success. We enjoyed some Spooky treats and then the dads went off to the bedrooms and the kids trick or treated to the rooms. I Loved seeing the little kids cruising through the hallways of my parents house in their costumes. My parents were out of town so they missed this sight. So here is a recap of the night.
